Von einem ****-Hoteln erwarte ich Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit - einen Gruß beim Reinkommen halte ich für das Mindeste - das war hier alles nicht der Fall.
Als wir uns über eine defekte Klimaanlage beschwert haben, hörten wir keine Entschuldigung und als uns ein Ventilator als Ersatz ins Zimmer gestellt wurde und wir uns erneut beschwert haben, kam nur die Frage "funtioniert der auch nicht?" - ich erwarte da einen anderen Umgang auch mit Beschwerden.
